![]() ![]() In a all the years I have purchased from them NEVER before have I been charged past what I paid from my purchase on the site. I have been a loyal international sigma customer for many years, purchased many things from them and I wait months every year for their world wide free shipping events, as this is the only way I can avoid the exorbitant international shipping fee. Everything I have read has come from someone who was impatient and flat out expected them to drop everything and focus on them only. ![]() In my experience, Sigma should have no less than 4 stars tops, across the board. And IF it happened within that warranty period, show me Sigma not replacing it and I will edit my reviews. In terms of quality, there is NO way anyone could give less than 4-5 stars! Their brushes are backed by a 2 year warranty! Does It cosmetics offer a warranty? What about Morphe? Elf? Luxie? And I challenge anyone who is using these brushes for what they're intended for- makeup - to show me any brush that has become useless, broken, or destroyed due to everyday makeup use. As a former Midwesterner, mail is SLOW from there. My thoughts? Slow your roll! It's not JUST you who's a customer. It wouldn't matter if they had 200 customer service reps, people would still complain because they expect the world to revolve around them. Once it hits whatever area packages go to be picked up, it's out of their hands. It doesn't matter who they use, FedEx, UPS, USPS, whatever- those are separate entities. Not to say thank you but to complain, many times about things Sigma has no control over such as delivery issues. A job where people are constantly calling. If you've been to college full or part time, you know how incredibly demanding it is. I'm from Minnesota and the U of M (university of Minnesota) is HUGE and quite prominent. ![]() I think that is important and impressive. I believe, and I may be wrong, but I believe that many of their employees (including CS) are college students. But they are very prompt in responding to emails as well. Let's go through these: As I just said, there are just two people who are in customer service. Did you know there are only TWO customer service representatives at Sigma?! The biggest complaints I've seen in reviews is customer service and shipping. ![]() I will write as many reviews as is necessary to help Sigma's rating go up because people are being unrealistic and unreasonable with their negative reviews about the customer service. Stay away trust me it will save you a headache! And btw there known for leaving things out of ppls orders so it's a pretty common complaint. If you have any issues at all they absolutely will not fix it. Whatever it was a major run around and hassle the ending of the story is that both jazmine and the supervisor are very unhelpful, rude, snobby and disrespectful unprofessional ppl I don't see how they work for a company as big as sigma beauty. Well a few days go by now jazmine is emailing me again telling me one of the brushes is out of stock and to pick another one of same value. Then finally she agreed she wouldn't refund me but she would re send the brushes. So I call my bank and they say it can take up to 30 days so then I call back to sigma speak to the same supervisor who sounds like she just got hired yesterday I mean honestly she was super unprofessional and was making very contradicting statements. She basically tells me the same thing to file a claim with my bank. I was shocked to say the least so then I call in and ask to speak to a manager/supervisor and then I get the absolute most unprofessional woman on the phone. I emailed sigma beauty and someone named "Jazmine" lol emailed me back being extremely snobby telling me there's nothing she can do she can't send out a replacement order or refund the missing items and that if i want to I can make a dispute with my bank. This has literally been the worst experience of my life ever! I spent close to $300 on brushes and received a box with halp of my order missing. ![]()
